Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

    • Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Europe: 7 to 10 business days

  • Free shipping on all orders
    You will receive automatic email updates at each stage of the delivery process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

You can track your order on our “Track My Order” page using your tracking number or order number and email address.

If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at bloow.official@gmail.com with your name and order number — we will take care of it promptly.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at bloow.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
We’ll handle each case individually and do our best to offer a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Limitations

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Please ensure a valid physical address is provided at checkout.


Taxes and Duties

All packages are shipped directly by Bloow.
There are no additional taxes or duties – you only pay the final retail price displayed at checkout.


Address Changes and Order Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has shipped.
You can also request a free cancellation or modification within 24–48 hours of placing your order.
