Return Policy

Return Policy – Bloow

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return (postmark will be used as proof).
All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team.

Before returning any item, you must contact us at: bloow.official@gmail.com. We will provide you with the correct return address based on your order.
⚠️ Any package returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all original tags.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with visual proof (photos or videos).

Depending on the situation, we will either:

  • Send you a replacement item at no cost, or

  • Ask you to return the item, after which we will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Personal care items

  • Sale items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at bloow.official@gmail.com.
